Why the data is used

- Discuss potential consulting work
- Maintain a record of business correspondence where appropriate
I do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — where you submit the contact form, you consent to processing for the purpose stated above

Processors and third parties
The contact form is delivered through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which processes submissions on my behalf.

Retention
Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up on potential work, and maintain ordinary business records — typically no longer than necessary for that purpose.
